A longer session (1hr 30) for when there might be more to explore or sessions are spaced further apart.
Or a nature session which allows us to connect in the outdoors. We can walk and talk, surf, gaze at the ocean or sit beneath the trees. A beautiful alternative to a standard therapy session. Location/activity negotiable around Newcastle.
